Maintain day-to-day operations of a small special library. Coordinate volunteers. Process and catalog new donations. Select new materials and remain informed on current GLBT issues and information needs. Facilitated the transfer of the library catalog to new software. Implemented stricter standards for cataloging and subject access. Increased library visibility through social networking and programming. Trained employees and interns on basic library upkeep and circulation. Organized the moving of the library to storage and alternative spaces for major office renovation.
